Peaceful, great views and great hosts
We stayed in this B&B as a family for 5 nights. The hosts have been very kind and helpful. The decor is traditional but not over the top. The views from the terrace overlooking the Kalkan Bay are lovely. Breakfast was very good and varied. They also took good care of us as part of the family is vegan and they changed the menu slightly. The property is very accessible to the Kalkan centre, just a 5 minutes walk down the stairs, but depending on your fitness, a bit more on the way up.

Lucky for us
We had booked the Gul Pension whilst walking Lycian Way. Due to an error with the booking we were put up at Turk Evi. Fabulous! Lovely room and of course breakfast. Our hostess gave us excellent restaurant recommendations and we really enjoyed our brief stay around the old town. Breakfast was excellent although not served until 8am. If you are walking on, you could consider catching a taxi part way to shorten the walk a bit as my husband and friend found the walk up the hill extreme hot- I took the dolmas to Berzigan!

A perfect place to stay
It's an old Turkish house and you can actually feel it. Beautiful rooms, stunning view from the terrace while having breakfast. Selma does a great job there, we wish her the best guests, because the place deserves it. Highly recommended for everyone.

Welcoming, originally anatolian decorated home/small hotel"
We've started to come here with our kids after the years coming alone or with friends. This year we spent ten days and we enjoyed as always... Breakfasts now served in terrace with different jams made by Selma's talented hands and additionally "suzme yogurt". Rooms are in different colors from their wallls to the curtains, we've stayed in the wide pink room with a sofa beside the bed. The blue and the yellow one also good with their original old furniture. Kalkan Turk Evi, called Eski Ev in the past is our home in Kalkan also home of Selma who is sincerely sharing with us...

charming small hotel
After spending two nights in bustling city of Marmaris, I arrived with my family in the picturesque but expensive Kalkan. Turk evi is a small, charming hotel near the beach and the center of Kalkan. Our triple room was comfortable, clean and stylish. The breakfast is served by the owner of the hotel, Selma, in the small courtyard of the hotel and is delicious included homemade jams, fresh bread, olives, cheese, honey, coffee, tea , butter, cucumber. The owner , Selma, is very friendly and helpful and speaks many languages fluently. So, I would highly recommend the Turk Evi hotel .

Home from Home
From the moment we arrived,[past midnight] we were made to feel right at home. Selma and her husband were wonderful hosts. Selma is multilingual, and extremely helpful, although breakfast is simple it's very fresh and always has fabulous jams., [homemade]. We had one of the Pink rooms, very comfortable, and spacious. We also ate twice with Selma and other guests, we just asked in the morning, if we could have dinner that evening..it was delicious!!! Although Kalkan seems to be full of Brits!!!!!!...Turq Evi was really multinational. A wonderful simple place to stay
